Description

Brief description 
Планираната Стратегия за ВОМР 2023-2027 за територията на МИГ Стамболово - Кърджали 54 и реализиране на операциите и дейностите за изпълнението й се основава на актуалните местни потребности и потенциал, обобщени от обхватни проучвания и обсъждания с местната общност, както и на характеристиките и предимствата на територията, очертани в актуализираните социално-икономически анализ на заинтересованите страни на територията. Стратегията са основава и на резултатите и поуките от изпълнение на многофондова СВОМР за предходния период на територията.

Мерките в Стратегията са ориентирани към Приоритетите и са в изпълнение на двете специфични цели, дефинирани в стратегическата рамка към СВОМР. Отчетен е и проявения интерес от предходния период. 

Предвиденият публичен принос за проекти е в размер на 8,058 млн. лв., от които:
• 16% са предназначени за бизнеса в т.ч.  20% за микропредприятия;
• 9% за земеделски производители и преработватели;
• 45 % - за общини и обр. институции, в т.ч.  34% % за публична инфраструктура;
• 30 % - за НПО и читалища, вкл. МИГ;

Предложената Стратегия за ВОМР 2023-2027 включва финансов принос от СПРЗСР в размер на 5 867 400 лв., разпределени в 7 мерки, вкл. за Сътрудничество и за Управление, мониторинг и популяризиране на СВОМР. Предвидено е и допълващо финансиране от ЕФРР и ЕСФ+. За проекти по ПКИП 2021-2027 са заложени 554 хил. лв., по Приоритети "Иновации и растеж" и "Кръгова икономика". За Програма Развитие на човешките ресурси 2021-2027 – 1036 хил. лв., по две мерки - за "достъп до заетост" и за "активен живот на възрастните хора". В "новата" Стратегия са намерили отражение и мерки по Програма Образование (400 хил. лв.) и Програма Околна среда (200 хил. лв.).
Изпълнението на СВОМР за територията на общини Стамболово и 54-те села от община Кърджали би насърчило заетостта, растежа, социалното приобщаване. То би подобрило качеството на живот, жизнената среда и местното икономическо развитие.
