Description

Brief description 
Територията на МИГ-Мъглиж, Николаево, Гурково обхваща общо 30 населени места, разположени в трите съставни на МИГ общини – Мъглиж, Николаево и Гурково. Броят на жителите на населените места, обхванати Местна инициативна група /МИГ/ – Мъглиж, Николаево, Гурково към 31.12.2020 г. по данни на Националния статистически институт е общо 19 595 души. Територията на МИГ-Мъглиж, Николаево, Гурково /нарична за краткост в настоящия документ МИГ/ се намира в  Южен централен район за планиране (NUTS 2). Трите общини, обхванати от местната инициативна група се намират в административните граници на област Стара Загора.
СВОМР е разработена въз основа на местните потребности и потенциал, изведени в следствие на широко-обхватно проучване на заинтересованите страни и социално-икономически анализ. Общият брой представители на заинтересовани страни, включили се процеса на разработване и съгласуване на стратегията е 195 представители на местната общност. Потребностите, мнението и очакванията на заинтересованите страни са изследвани в рамките на анкетното проучване и консултативната кампания, като те са основна база за разработване на стратегическата рамка и определяне на мерките на СВОМР. Засиленият интерес към различните мерки намери отражение както в стратегическата рамка, така и в бюджета на СВОМР.
СВОМР през програмен период 2023 - 2027 г. ще се финансирана от СПРЗСР (ЕЗФРСР) / ЕЗФРСР. Въз основа на местните потребности и потенциала на територията се идентифицира нуждата с допълващо финансиране от Програма „Околна среда“ 2021-2027 г. към СВОМР.
