Description

Brief description 
СНЦ "МИГ общини Елена и Златарица" съществува от 2010 г.  и изпълнява Стратегията за водено от общностите местно развитие по Споразумение № РД 50-140/21.10.2016 г. 
Настоящият проект се явява продължение на изпълняваната до сега стратегия като се запазва визията за развитие на територията. Той включва одобрени от местната общност интервенции и тяхното управление за постигане на стратегическата рамка, която е резултат от извършения социално-икономически анализ, отчитайки силните и слабите страни и прогнозираните влияния на външните фактори - възможности и заплахи на територията. Набелязани са ключови приоритети, към които да бъдат насочени усилията и основна част от инвестициите. Конкретизирана е финансовата рамка и мерките за постигане на целите. Включени са допълващи финансирания, които ще спомогнат за развитие на територията. Посочени са дейностите и начините за управление на стратегията за постигане на публичност и прозрачност, както и механизъм за мониторинг и оценка на постигнатите резултати.
