Description

Brief description 
Настоящото проектно предложение представя Стратегия за Водено от общностите местно развитие (СВОМР) на МИГ „Джебел–Кърджали“, обхващаща територия с площ 472,113 км² и население от 21 524 души, разпределени в 110 населени места от общините Джебел и Кърджали. Стратегията е разработена в съответствие с подхода „отдолу-нагоре“ чрез активно участие на местната общност, заинтересовани страни и бенефициенти и е съгласувана с Интегрираната териториална стратегия за развитие на Южен централен район, както и с общинските планове за развитие (ПИРО 2021–2027).

Основната цел на стратегията е повишаване конкурентоспособността на селската икономика, подобряване на условията за живот и опазване на природните и културните ресурси. Сред приоритетите са: развитие на земеделски и неземеделски дейности чрез модернизация и иновации, насърчаване на предприемачеството, развитие на туризъм, подобряване на социалната и техническа инфраструктура, както и подкрепа за социалното включване на уязвими групи.

СВОМР се основава на задълбочен социално-икономически анализ, който очертава сериозни предизвикателства като застаряващо население, обезлюдяване и икономическа изостаналост, но също така и значителни възможности, включително налични природни ресурси, културно-историческо наследство и активна общност. Чрез стратегическите си мерки и очаквани резултати, проектното предложение цели постигане на устойчиво развитие, социална кохезия и икономическо оживление на територията.
