Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е свързано с подготовка на Стратегия за водено от общностите местно развитие на територията на
общините Завет и Кубрат за програмен период 2023 - 2027, финансирана от ЕЗФРСР или от повече от един от Европейските структурни и инвестиционни фондове. За изпълнение на тази цел, в него се предвижда да бъдат извършени дейности, които осигуряват човешки, материални и информационни ресурси при прилагане на подхода Водено от общностите местно развитие и насочени към активизиране на местната общност на територията МИГ Завет-Кубрат като основен двигател за постигане на устойчиво социално-икономическо развитие. Процесът на подготовка на стратегия за ВОМР на МИГ Завет-Кубрат, ще бъде базиран на:
- анализ на социално-икономическите характеристики на територията на МИГ Завет-Кубрат с цел установяване нуждите и потенциала за развитие на двете общини;
- проучване степента на информираност, интерес и нагласи на лица от територията на МИГ Завет-Кубрат и идентифициране на заинтересованите страни за подготовка на стратегия за ВОМР.
Подготовката на стратегията ще се извърши с едновременното протичане на процеси на информиране и консултиране на местната общност. Предвижда се да бъдат осъществени обществени обсъждания на целите, приоритетите, мерките, финансовото разпределение, критериите за оценка и приоритизирането на проекти. С участие на местната общност ще бъдат изведени индикаторите за резултат.
