Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е насочено към прилагането и изпълнението на Стратегия за ВОМР на МИГ – Гоце Делчев – Гърмен – Хаджидимово. Стратегията е разработена на принципа „отдолу – нагоре“, с активното включване на местната общност и отразяване на нейните предложения. Изпълнението на включените дейности цели създаване на по – добри икономически, социални и екологични условия за живот в населените места и допринасяне за многосекторното развитие на местната икономика. 
Предвидени са дейности по организационно и административно управление на стратегията, координация на процедурите по прием, оценка и одобрение на проекти, консултиране на кандидати, мониторинг и отчетност. Предвидени са дейности по публичност,  насочени към популяризиране на стратегическите приоритети и резултати, повишаване на информираността и насърчаване на участието на местната общност, потенциални бенефициенти и други заинтересовани страни. В обхвата на проекта е включено и развитие на сътрудничество с други МИГ чрез реализиране на съвместни инициативи и обмен на добри практики. В рамките на стратегията за ВОМР са включени мерки, които са обосновани въз основа на извършения подробен анализ на територията, който идентифицира конкретните нужди на местното население и икономика. Те отразяват приоритетните области за развитие и необходимостта от целенасочено финансиране за постигане на устойчив растеж и социално-икономическо въздействие.
