Проектното предложение е за преустановяване на риболовни дейности и скрапиране на плавателен съд с регистрационен номер ШБ6069. 
АКВА ФИШ 70 ООД е търговско дружество с основна търговска дейност в сферата на океански и морски риболов. Приходите на субекта са от улов и продажба на риба и други водни организми. В активите си АКВА ФИШ 70 ООД има три плавателни съда, част от тях дружеството счита за морално и физически остарели и предприема действия за изваждането им от експлоатация - скрапиране.
