Проектното предложение е за преустановяване на риболовни дейности и скрапиране на плавателен съд с регистрационен номер ВН4601. 
ВЪЛКОВ 8 ЕООД е търговско дружество с основна търговска дейност в сферата на океански и морски риболов. Приходите на субекта са от улов и продажба на риба и други водни организми. В активите си ВЪЛКОВ 8 ЕООД има плавателен съда, който дружеството счита за морално и физически остарял и предприема действия за изваждането му от експлоатация - скрапиране.
