Проектното предложение е за преустановяване на риболовни дейности и скрапиране на риболовен кораб ВН 7180 "СИГМА". 
РИБУТО ООД е търговско дружество с основна търговска дейност в сферата на океански и морски риболов и улов на риба. Приходите на субекта са от улови и продажба на риба и други водни организми. В активите си РИБУТО ООД притежава риболовен кораб ВН 7180 "СИГМА" и дружеството счита плавателният съд за морално и физически остарял и предприема действия за изваждането му от експлоатация - скрапиране.
