Description

Brief description 
Нашето МСП проектира CMOS оптични сензори с индустриално приложение. Процеса на изработване на крайният продукт “оптичен сензор” включва няколко етапа: проектиране на сензор, симулационен анализ, изработване на силициева пластина, тестване на чипове, бондиране и корпусиране, внедряване на сензора в платка за масова употреба, финално тестване на готовия продукт. 

Всички процеси освен проектирането и финалното тестване се извършват от външни контрагенти, което оскъпява крайния продукт. Настоящото проектно предложение търси два типа услуги:
Услуга 1 - да придобие знания за и проект на система за етапа “тестване на чипове в корпус CSP на ниво пластина”
Услуга 2 - да акумулира знания и инструменти за етапа финално тестване на продукт съобразно последния стандарт  EMVA 1288 v4.0. 

Услуга 1, ще даде възможност на базата на проектираната система да изградим локален прототип  за етапа на тестване и да започнем да извършваме inhouse дейността. 

Услуга 2 е необходима, тъй като до момента за анализ на оптични сензори използваме EMVA 1288 v3 (стандарт от 2016г), а индустрията, макар и принципно консервативна, вече търси съпоставка на параметрите на сензорите и с EMVA 1288 v4.0 (най-последният европейски стандарт за оптични сензори).
