Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е насочено в две направления:
1. Автоматизация на бизнес процеси с инструменти с изкуствен интелект- различни административни задачи, процеси, свързани с обслужване на клиенти, продажби, маркетинг, управление на човешки ресурси, логистика и др. Планира се за употребата на технологии с изкуствен интелект за автоматизиране на процеси, интелигентни чатботове, аналитични платформи, облачни инструменти за анализ на големи данни и др.
2. Разработване на нови здравословни продукти посредством данните от анализи на хранителни продукти, хранителни добавки, растителни и животински мазнини и биологично активни вещества и консултации относно окачествяването им- Извършват се изследвания на груповия и индивидуален състав на липиди от растителен и животински произход (мастни киселини, стероли, фосфолипиди, токофероли и др.). Определят се физикохимични показатели на липиди - киселинно и пероксидно число, влага, плътност, рефракция, оксидантната стабилност по метода на Rancimat и др. Изследва се състава на хранителни продукти (мазнини, протеини, въглехидрати и др.) и на техни основни показатели, съгласно изискванията на български и международни стандарти
