Description

Brief description 
ЦРСББ е водещ европейски институт в областите на растителите науки с амбицията да интегриране на съвременната молекулярна биология, геномика, метаболомика, биообработка и генетика на растенията, за да направи нови открития в растителната биология и да превърне научните открития в нови биотехнологични и промишлени приложения. Визията на CPSBB е също така да бъде ядро на хъб за растителна наука, консолидиращ академични и бизнес институции, както и асоциации за растителна наука, фермери, крайни потребители и административни институции в региона в полза на обществото. С настоящия проект, ЦРСББ ще развие допълнително своя човешки потенциал, ще поддържа модерното си научно-изследователско оборудване, и ще установи по-добри връзки с академичните среди и индустрията в Пловдив. Финансирането ще бъде използвано за: (1) Подкрепа и подържане на настоящия аминистративен и технически персонал на ЦРСББ (заплати за аминистрация, ИТ, технически и друг поддържащ персонал); (2) Подкрепа за избрани групови лидери, ключови учени, изследователи и докторанти (заплати и средства за научни изследвания); (3) Средства за поддръжка на изградената научно-изследователска инфрастуктура (поддръжка на сградата и системите ѝ, поддъжка на оранжерии, комунални разходи, данъци и такси, поддръжка на специализираното оборудване и ядрото от научно-изследователска инфраструктура (напр. оборудване за метаболомика, за микроскопска визуализация, биореактор и др). По този начин настоящият проект ще подпомогне устойчивото развитие на ЦРСББ до 2029.
