Brief description 
Проектното предложение е за създаване на Център по компетентност с уникална организационна структура за научноизследователска и развойна дейност с изключителна научна инфраструктура, която да предоставя приложни продукти и услуги за научноизследователска и развойна дейност в регионите на България. Партньорите по проекта покриват регионите на България за изпълнение на регионалната политика за дигитална трансформация на основните икономически области с големи данни, осигурявайки национално покритие на нуждите от НИРД в тази област. Обхватът на проекта обхваща национални работни програми, регионални работни програми и разпространение и образование. Проектът се фокусира върху разработване на  Стратегически и приложни подходи за осъществяване на Дигитализация на бизнес процеси с прилагане на Големи данни, както и развитие на Социално-икономически, институционални и политически ценности в тази научна област. Стратегическият подход обхваща участниците, възможни резултати от научноизследователска и развойна дейност и международни и национални политически стратегически резултати. Според социално-икономическите стойности проектът ще създаде възможности за нови работни места, ще предложи начини за подобряване на производителността и подобряване на цялостното качество на живот на компаниите в българските региони и на национално ниво. Съгласно институционалните ценности, ние ще активираме частния сектор да инвестира в цифрова инфраструктура, да разработва нови продукти и услуги и да си сътрудничим с други заинтересовани страни, за да стимулираме иновациите.
