Brief description 
Ангажимент на Управляващия орган е да прави оценка на Програмата въз основа на един или няколко от следните критерии: ефективност, ефикасност, относимост, съгласуваност и добавена стойност от Съюза. Оценките могат да обхващат и други приложими критерии като приобщаване, недискриминация и видимост и могат да включват повече от една програма. По този начин се гарантира, че се предприемат достатъчно и подходящи дейности по оценката, които да бъдат успешно интегрирани в процеса на управление и изпълнение на Програмата. Предвидените дейности по оценка ще дадат представа за целесъобразността на разходването на средствата, ефективността на осъществените инвестиции и степента на постигането на заложените в програмата цели. Оценките и анализите, на база на получените резултати, дават насоки за стратегическото развитие на Програмата както за текущия, така и за следващия програмен период.
Activities
  • Activity: Оценка на изпълнението на програмата: Извършване на оценки и анализи съгласно одобрения от КН План за оценка на ПНИИДИТ, произтичащи от изискванията на Регламент 1060/2021, Регламент 1303/2013 и други национални и европейски нормативни документи. В дейността може да се включват, но не само: междинен преглед на ПНИИДИТ, оценка на ФИ по ПНИИДИТ оценка на ефективността и ефикасността от изпълнението по Приоритети на ПНИИДИТ, текущи анализи и оценки, оценка на въздействието на ПНИИДИТ, предварителна оценка на програмата за следващ програмен период, стратегическа екологична оценка на програмата за следващ програмен период, хоризонтални/тематични оценки, ад-хок оценки и анализи и др., Contracted Amount: 812 586.00 , Reported Amount: 0.00
