Description

Brief description 
УЛТРА БИЛД ООД е българска частна компания създадена през 2017 година, специализирана в изпълнението на инфраструктурно строителство. Дружеството изпълнява обекти от благоустройствената инфраструктура и пътната инфраструктура. Фирмата извършва пълен набор от дейности, свързани със строителство на пътища, зимно поддържане на пътища, саниране на сгради и изграждане на паркове. Компанията разполага със собствена база, сервизни помещения, складови площи и специализирана строителна техника, чието функциониране е свързано с постоянно и значително потребление на електроенергия. Енергийните разходи са съществена част от общите разходи на дружеството, а ценовите колебания на електроенергията в последните години оказват пряко влияние върху себестойността на извършваните строителни дейности и върху конкурентоспособността на фирмата. Към момента компанията не разполага със собствена фотоволтаична централа, което я прави силно зависима от външни доставки на електроенергия и я изправя пред значителни разходи за енергийно потребление. 

За да отговори на посочените предизвикателства и да подобри енергийната си ефективност, дружеството кандидатства по процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004 „Енергийна ефективност и използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници в предприятията“. В рамките на проектното предложение се предвижда придобиване на фотоволтаична електрическа централа (ФтЕЦ) 56 kW, включваща фотоволтаични модули, инвертори, система за съхранение (акумулаторна батерия) и конструкция за монтаж, съгласно Списъка на допустимите категории активи.
