Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение предвижда внедряване на високоефективно оборудване - индустриален чилър и компресор - в производствената база на ИДАН ДЖИ ДИ АЙ ЕООД, с основна дейност по КИД 22.22 „Производство на пластмасови изделия за опаковки“. Инвестицията ще бъде реализирана на територията на дружеството в гр. Ябланица, с цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност, устойчивостта на производствените процеси и намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък.

Производствената дейност е с високо енергопотребление, свързано с интензивно използване на компресирани въздушни системи и терморегулация на производствените съоръжения. Съществуващото оборудване е морално и технически остаряло, с висока енергоемкост и ниска ефективност. Новият чилър и компресор са с висок енергиен клас, по-ниска консумация на електроенергия и модерни системи за управление, което позволява адаптиране към реалното натоварване и оптимизирано потребление.

Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за намаляване на пиковото потребление, по-добра енергийна автономия, ограничаване на въглеродните емисии и по-ефективно управление на енергийните ресурси. Очакваният ефект е подобряване на енергийната ефективност, стабилизиране на производствените разходи и повишаване на конкурентоспособността чрез устойчива и гъвкава енергийна инфраструктура.

Проектът отговаря на принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ върху околната среда и е в съответствие с националните и европейските цели за енергиен преход, климатична неутралност и повишаване на дела на устойчивите енергийни технологии.
