Description

Brief description 
„АМЕК ТОЙС“ ООД е водещ български производител на плюшени играчки с утвърдена марка и международно присъствие. Производството е електроинтензивно и със силен дневен профил, като основни консуматори на енергия са шевни и бродировъчни машини, компресори, ОВК системи и осветление. Компанията вече разполага с фотоволтаична електроцентрала с мощност над 200 kW, която осигурява значителна част от потреблението, като системата за съхранение повишава оптималното усвояване на  произведената енергия.

Настоящият проект предвижда закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на локални съоръжения за съхранение на енергия с инвертори – 110 kW, които ще работят в синергия със съществуващата ФтЕЦ. Целта е максимално усвояване на произведената слънчева енергия, намаляване на пиковите товари и стабилизиране на производствените процеси. Инвестицията ще позволи пренасочване на обедните енергийни излишъци към сутрешни и следобедни часове, подобрявайки енергийната ефективност и намалявайки зависимостта от мрежата.

Очакваните резултати са:

- повишен собствено потребление на ВЕИ енергия;
- намаление на разходите за електроенергия;
- редукция на CO₂ емисиите;
- по-голяма производствена стабилност и по-малко технологични загуби.

Инвестицията е в пълно съответствие с целите на Процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004, насочена към повишаване на енергийната ефективност, увеличаване на дела на ВЕИ и устойчиво развитие на предприятията.
