Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на ГИП ЕООД предвижда изграждане на фотоволтаична електрическа централа с инсталирана мощност 42,30 kWp (AC мощност 36 kW) за производство на електроенергия за собствено потребление, комбинирана с двукомпонентна система за съхранение с общ капацитет 84 kWh, за производствения обект в с. Мечка, обл. Русе.
Предприятието е утвърден производител на антифризи, течности за чистачки, добавки за горива и автокозметика с над 20-годишен опит в химическата промишленост. Производствената дейност е изключително енергоемка поради непрекъснато работещи помпи, миксери, системи за нагряване/охлаждане, производство на AdBlue чрез обратна осмоза и автоматични пълначни линии. Енергийната криза и многократното увеличение на цените създават заплаха за рентабилността при ниски маржове и висока конкуренция. Липсата на собствена енергийна инфраструктура ограничава автономността и създава конкурентен минус при клиенти с ESG изисквания.
Планираната ФЕЦ ще произведе около 44 MWh годишно, покривайки 100% от нуждите. Батерийната система от 84 kWh (63 kWh интегрирана + 21 kWh допълнителна) осигурява 7-9 часа автономност при аварии, пълно покриване на нощната консумация и 85-90% оползотворяване на енергията.
Основните ползи: пълна енергийна независимост; сигурност и защита на критични процеси; драстична икономия; конкурентни предимства чрез ESG позициониране; намаляване на CO₂ емисиите; дългосрочна устойчивост с 25+ години производство.
Инвестицията е в пълно съответствие с целите на процедурата за подобряване на енергийната ефективност и преход към климатична неутралност.
