Description

Brief description 
Пивоварна Мелтум ООД е създадена през 2019 година като към днешна дата произвежда повече от 40 вида уникална бира, по собствени рецепти. Бирата е предназначена за местния пазар, като дружеството се развива през последните години в посока разширяване на капацитета за производство и пазарната ниша. Настоящият проект е част от концепцията за разширяване и предвижда комплексни инвестиции в намаляване енергоемкостта на производството на пиво и увеличаване икономическите ефекти за кандидата.
Проекта предвижда комплексна инвестиция в енергийно ефективни системи за охлаждане, отопление и вентилация, в т.ч. системи за прецизен контрол на ферментационния процес, отвеждане на вредните газове и контрол на температурата в производствените помещения. Новите системи ще направят производствения процес по – ефективен при драстично намаляване на разходите за енергия. Предвижда се закупуването и инсталирането в производствените помещения на: 1 брой Чилър /агрегат с кондензатор за въздушно охлаждане/ с мощност 48 kW, 2 броя Рекуперативен блок с дебит 3000 куб.м./ч за отопление, вентилация и охлаждане и 3 броя VRF-системи на директно изпарение, 31 kW всяка.
За осигуряване енергийната независимост на производството, проектът предвижда изграждане на фотоволтаична електрическа централа с мощност 30 kW в комбинация със система за съхранение на енергия с капацитет 40 kWh. Инсталацията ще задоволява собствените енергийни нужди на предприятието, без възможност за продажба на енергия на свободния пазар.
