Description

Brief description 
Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към изпълняване на мерки за подобряване на енергийната ефективност в съществуващо  производствено хале, собственост на НИКДИМ. Сградата е много  стара, без топлоизолация  и с амортизирана еднослойна дограма, което води до високи енергийни загуби и неефективна експлоатация.
С цел подобряване на енергийната ефективност, предприятието планира следните инвестиции:
-Монтиране на 4 бр. индустриални секционни врати ( общо 50 кв. м);
Подмяна на старата дограма с нова алуминиева (110 кв. м);
Полагане на топлоизолация с XPS по външни стени от северната страна  (общо 215 кв. м);
Облицоване на фасадата ( от източна и западна страна) със сандвич панели ( общо 179 кв. м).
Реализирането на тези мерки ще доведе до значително подобряване на топлоизолационните свойства на халето, а оттам  и до  намаляване на енергийните разходи, подобряване на работната среда, както  и повишаване на  цялостната  конкурентоспособност на предприятието.
При изпълнението на всички мерки ще се спазва "принципът за ненанасяне на значителни вреди " по смисъла на чл. 17 от Регламент (ЕС) 2020/852. Изпълнението на проекта ще окаже положително въздействие върху околната среда, тъй като намаляването на топлинните загуби  ще доведе до  намаление на въглеродните емисии (CO₂), свързани с енергопотреблението.
