Description

Brief description 
Спорт Експерт ЕООД притежава и управлява най-големият спортен комплекс в град Кюстендил - Zona Sport Center. С разнообразието от предлагани спортове на открито и закрито, комплексът е уникален не само на местно ниво, но и в национален мащаб. Основен проблем за компанията са неефективните методи на отопление и охлаждане и високите разходи за енергия, които правят услугите на дружеството неконкурентни. Настоящият проект ще предложи комплексно решение за подобряване на енергийната ефективност на комплекс Zona Sport Center. Предвидена е подмяна на стари неефективни и енергоемки уреди за отопление с нова VRV система с външно тяло с отоплителна мощност 30 kW и пет броя вътрешни тела, разположени в закритите площи на спортния център. За осигуряване енергията на новите средства за отопление/охлаждане се предвижда да се използват ВЕИ – източници. Проекта предвижда инсталиране на ФЕЦ с мощност 30 kW в комбинация с локално система за съхранение на енергия – батерия с капацитет 60 kWh. Произведената енергия ще бъде предназначена единствено за нуждите на обекта, без възможност за продажба. Проекта ще се изпълни в град Кюстендил в рамките на 12 месеца.
