Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е насочено към намаляване на енергийната интензивност на основната икономическа дейност на „Кадиша“ ЕООД и ограничаване на емисиите на парникови газове, чрез прилагане на енергийно ефективни мерки в сградата на автосервиза на дружеството в с. Дойренци, община Ловеч.

Инвестицията включва топлоизолация на покрива със сандвич панели с площ 499 кв.м, подмяна на четири индустриални секционни врати с обща площ 38,06 кв.м с нови, притежаващи коефициент на топлопреминаване U ≤ 2,0 W/m²K, както и инсталиране на четири високоефективни термопомпи въздух–въздух с мощност по 16 kW.

Реализирането на проекта ще доведе до значително намаляване на енергийните загуби, оптимизация на оперативните разходи за електроенергия и засилване на конкурентните позиции на дружеството. Очаква се съществено понижение на енергийната консумация и намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък при осъществяване на основната икономическа дейност на дружеството – техническо обслужване и ремонт на автомобили.

Инвестицията е съобразена с принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ върху околната среда и подкрепя постигането на националните цели в областта на енергийната ефективност. Проектното предложение е в унисон и с принципите на равнопоставеност и равни възможности за всички.

В резултат от изпълнението на проекта, „Кадиша“ ЕООД ще създаде условия за дългосрочен устойчив растеж, основан на повишена енергийна ефективност, по-ниски разходи и намалено въздействие върху околната среда.
