Description

Brief description 
Внедряването на иновативна за предприятието система за филтрация и стерилизация за осигуряване на контролирано чисто въздушно пространство е ключово за създаването на условия, позволяващи производството на стерилни продукти, което преди не е било възможно поради липсата на стерилна среда. Това допринася за значително подобрение на качеството и безопасността на продукцията и разширяване на продуктовата гама с нови висококонкурентни продукти.
Activities
  • Activity: Внедряване на продуктова иновация (стока или услуга) или иновация в бизнес процесите посредством придобиване на машини, съоръжения и оборудване, представляващи дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА).: Дейността включва проектиране и внедряване на иновативна за предприятието система за филтрация и стерилизация в производствените зони на Завет АД. Тя обхваща анализ на съществуващата производствена среда, избор на подходящо оборудване, което отговаря на стандартите ISO EN ISO 14644-1 за чисти помещения, и интегриране на системи за онлайн мониторинг и контрол на въздушните параметри. Включени са доставка, монтаж и пускане в експлоатация на топлообмнни агрегати, HEPA филтри и друго специализирано оборудване. Осигурява се обучение на персонала за ефективно и безопасно управление на системата, както и разработване на процедури за поддръжка и контрол, за да се гарантира непрекъсната ефективност и съответствие с нормативните изисквания. съгласно приложени 5 техническа спецификация на оборудването, Contracted Amount: 255 789.10 , Reported Amount: 255 789.10
