Description

Brief description 
Колор Глаз ООД е водещо предприятие с над 25 години опит в стъкларската промишленост. Компанията разполага с голяма производствена база и специализира в принт стъкло, огънато и закалено стъкло, които изискват значителни енергийни ресурси за термична обработка. Енергийната интензивност на сектора е изключително висока, като разходите за електроенергия са основен фактор за себестойността. Повишаващите се цени и пиковите натоварвания създават значителна тежест върху оперативната устойчивост.

За да отговори на тези предизвикателства, дружеството предвижда изграждане на фотоволтаична централа с мощност 55 kW върху собствен имот. Инвестицията ще осигури собствено производство на електроенергия, покривайки около 15-20% дял от нуждите на базата. Прогнознто годишно производство е 71 500 kWh със съответни прогнозни финансови спестявания. Това ще намали зависимостта от външната мрежа и нестабилните цени, като подобри предвидимостта и ефективността на производството.

Ефектите от проекта включват: икономически – намаление на разходите и освобождаване на ресурс за иновации; енергийни – по-висок дял на ВЕИ и намалено външно потребление; екологични – понижение на CO₂ емисиите; социални – по-стабилна производствена среда и по-добри условия на труд. Съкраената възвръщаемост при подкрепа гарантира финансова устойчивост. Инвестицията ще засили конкурентоспособността и имиджа на Колор Глаз ООД като отговорен производител, прилагащ зелени технологии.
