Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е насочено към подобряване на енергийната ефективност в сградата, използвана за складови дейности от фирмата, чиято основна икономическа дейност е в сектор 41.20 „Строителство на жилищни и нежилищни сгради“. Сградата се характеризира със силно амортизирани и морално остарели елементи на ограждащата конструкция – стара дограма и липса на ефективна топлоизолация по външните стени и подове. Това води до значителни топлинни загуби, висока консумация на електроенергия за отопление и охлаждане и съответно до изключително ниска енергийна ефективност.

В рамките на проекта ще се реализират следните мерки:
- Подмяна на прозорци и външни врати с нова PVC дограма с високи топлотехнически показатели – 313 кв.м.
- Изграждане на нова външна топлоизолационна система по фасадни стени и подове към външен въздух – 583 кв.м., с което ще се елиминират сегашните частични и неефективни изолации.

Сградата, обект на интервенция, се използва от предприятието-кандидат чрез договор за наем. Резултатът от неговото изпълнение ще бъде значително намаляване на енергийните разходи, редуциране на въглеродния отпечатък и повишаване конкурентоспособността на предприятието.
