Description

Brief description 
В рамките на настоящия проект „Фитофарма“ ЕАД ще инвестира в модернизация на съществуващата в производството ОВК система чрез закупуване на нова климатична камера с номинален дебит от 4300 куб.м./ч. и чилър с работен капацитет от 57.4 KW. Целта е повишаване на енергийната ефективност и оптимизация на процеса на сушене на желатинови веган капсули чрез обезпечаване на подходящи условия на средата при значително по-нисък разход на енергия.
Закупените по проекта съоръжения с висока енергийна ефективност ще допринесат за съкращаване на сушилния цикъл от 48 на 24 часа и намаляване на енергопотреблението с около 75%. Това ще доведе до годишни спестявания от над 200 MWh електроенергия и редуциране на емисиите CO2 с над 60 тона. Проектът ще допринесе за постигане на по-ниска себестойност на продукцията при двоен капацитет за сушене.
Проектът, като част от дългогодишната програма за модернизиране на производствената база на „Фитофарма“ ЕАД, е още една стъпка напред към по-устойчиво, по-гъвкаво и енергийно ефективно производство, което прави дружеството по-конкурентно на целевите пазари.
