Description

Brief description 
Проектът на РД Системс ООД включва модернизация и оптимизация на производственото предприятие чрез внедряване на енергийно ефективни и иновативни технологии. Основната цел е подобряване на производствените процеси, намаляване на енергийните разходи и повишаване на конкурентоспособността на предприятието.

Техническо изпълнение на проекта

1. Компресорна система включваща:

- 2 броя компресори с инверторно управление

- Мощност: 5,5 kW всеки

- С изсушител за обезвлажняване на въздуха

- Осигурява стабилно и ефективно въздушно налягане за производствените нужди

2. Ресивър

- 1 брой, вместимост 1000 литра

- Подобрява стабилността на въздушното налягане и намалява цикличността на компресорите

3. Топлоизолационна система

- Стени с EPS (експандиран полистирен)

- Площ: 330 м²

- Намалява топлинните загуби, подобрява вътрешния микроклимат и повишава енергийната ефективност на сградата

4. Термопомпи вода–вода

- 2 броя

- Мощност: 28 kW всяка

- Осигуряват ефективно отопление и охлаждане на производствените помещения с минимална енергийна консумация

 Очакван ефект.

- Проектът на РД Системс ООД се основава на внедряване на модерни енергийни технологии, които:

-Оптимизират производствените процеси

- Намаляват оперативните разходи

- Подобряват устойчивостта на предприятието

Комбинацията от инверторни компресори, голям ресивър, ефективна топлоизолация и термопомпени системи ще осигури дългосрочна ефективност и надеждност на производствената инфраструктура.
