Brief description 
РАЙОННА ПОТРЕБИТЕЛНА КООПЕРАЦИЯ "НАРКООП" e малко предприятие, което развива своята основна икономическа дейност в код по КИД 2008 - 47.19 "Търговия с неспециализирани магазини с разнообразни стоки", като управлява собствен търговски комплекс разположен на пешеходната зона в идеален център на гр. Плевен. В него Кооперацията стопанисва супермаркет, магазини за килими и постелъчни материали, магазин за детски дрехи, магазин за дамски чанти и аксесоари, домашни потреби, ученически пособия и сувенири.  Освен основната си база с търговски обекти, Кооперацията притежава и управлява още два магазина в Плевен и няколко магазина за хранителни и битови стоки в селата Ясен, Търнене и Радишево.
Проектното предложение е насочено към изграждане и въвеждане в експлоатация на фотоволтаична електрическа централа ведно с инвертор и батерии за съхранение на енергия в собствен обект в село Радишево, община Плевен. Сградата в която е разположен магазина е с изключително подходяща географска ориентация и предполага разполагане на ФтЕЦ с мощност 30kW. Също така има подходящи помещения в които да се ситуират батерии за съхранение без да бъдат пречка за извършване на основната дейност на магазина.
