Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение предвижда внедряване на енергийно ефективно оборудване в производствената база на „Астроида“ ООД с цел подобряване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на разходите за енергия. Предвижда се закупуване и въвеждане в експлоатация на:

1. Компресори за сгъстен въздух, включително резервоари (ресивъри) с обем 3000 l;
2. Конвенционален компресор с мощност 45 kW;
3. Изсушител на сгъстен въздух 45 kW.
4. Централизирано управление на системи за сгъстен въздух - 1бр.

Внедряването на новото оборудване ще доведе до оптимизиране на процесите по механична обработка на метал, които са ключова част от производствената дейност на дружеството, както и до по-ефективно използване на енергията в предприятието.

„Астроида“ ООД е с утвърдени традиции в производството на прецизни метални детайли и сборки за хидравлични, опто-механични и други изделия, реализирани на европейски и извъневропейски пазари. Предприятието оперира в собствена производствена база с обща площ 22 000 м², от които 7 000 м² са покрита производствена площ, и разполага със съвременно технологично оборудване и квалифициран персонал.

Реализирането на инвестицията ще допринесе за намаляване на енергийното потребление, подобряване на производствената ефективност и повишаване на конкурентоспособността на дружеството на международните пазари.
