Description

Brief description 
Проектът предвижда изграждане на интегрирано решение фотоволтаична електроцентрала (ФВЕЦ) в МБАЛ „Здравето-2012“ ООД, включващо фотоволтаични модули, инвертор (хибриден), батерийна система за съхранение и монтажна конструкция, като всички активи ще бъдат подбрани в пълно съответствие с минималните технически характеристики и критерии, определени в Приложение 4.1. от Условията за кандидатстване. Капацитетът на локалните съоръжения за съхранение на енергия (батериите) ще бъде определен в пълно съответствие с изискването той да бъде равностоен (да съответства) или по-голям от  мощността на фотоволтаичните панели.

Цялото количество произведена енергия ще се използва за покриване на собствените нужди на лечебното заведение.

Внедряването на системата ще доведе до намаляване на разходите за електроенергия, по-висока енергийна независимост и устойчивост на болницата, както и до намаляване на въглеродните емисии. Чрез батерийното съхранение ще се оптимизира използването на произведената енергия, ще се намалят пиковите натоварвания и ще се осигури непрекъсваемост на доставките - критично важно условие за лечебно заведение.

Проектът е в пълно съответствие с принципа DNSH (Do No Significant Harm), като не води до значителни отрицателни въздействия върху околната среда, а напротив – допринася за намаляване на използването на изкопаеми горива. Освен това изпълнението му отчита хоризонталните принципи на равнопоставеност, недискриминация и устойчиво развитие.
