Description

Brief description 
В рамките на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004 „Енергийна ефективност и използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници в предприятията“, „ТЕРАТЕСТ“ АД планира инвестиция по т. 14 от Приложение 4.1 –инсталиране на фотоволтаична система (солари) с мощност 100 kW, в комбинация с инвертори и всички съпътстващи елементи, необходими за пълноценното функциониране на системата. Соларите ще бъдат монтирани върху покрива на собствената административна сграда на дружеството и генерираната енергия ще бъде използвана изцяло за собствени нужди – за захранване на административните помещения, оборудването и системите, чрез които се осъществява управлението на имотите и спомагателните дейности, както и наличното производствено оборудване на компанията, помещаващо се в същата сграда.

Инвестицията е част от стратегията на „ТЕРАТЕСТ“ АД за корпоративна устойчивост и отговорно управление на ресурсите, насочена към намаляване на екологичното въздействие на административната дейност, оптимизиране на оперативните разходи чрез инвестиции с дългосрочен ефект и прилагане на европейските стандарти за ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) съответствие.

С изпълнението на инвестицията ще бъдат постигнати следните резултати:
- производство на електроенергия от възобновяем източник за покриване на собствени нужди;
- намаляване на разходите за електроенергия на административната сграда;
- намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове, чрез ограничаване на потреблението от мрежата;
- утвърждаване на компанията като екологично и социално отговорен собственик и управител на имоти.
