Description

Brief description 
„Съни Гардън“ ЕООД управлява СПА хотел във Вършец с голяма леглова база, ресторант, конферентна зала и развит СПА-център с вътрешен и външен минерален басейн. Хотелът има високо енергийно потребление – около 0.84 GWh годишно, поради климатизация, басейни, перално, кухня и общи части. Разходите за електроенергия са значителни и влияят пряко върху рентабилността. За да се постигне енергийна ефективност и устойчивост, дружеството планира изграждане на фотоволтаична електроцентрала 25,8 kW и закупуване на допълнителни батерии 61,44 kWh.

Очакваното годишно производство на ФтЕЦ е ~33 500 kWh, което ще покрие 20–30% от нуждите. Батерията ще осигури усвояване на дневното производство и прехвърляне към вечерните пикове, повишавайки степента на собствено потребление до 80–90%. Прогнозните икономии са 12 000 – 14 000 лв. годишно и значително намаляване на зависимостта от пазара. Инвестицията ще доведе до редукция на CO₂ емисии с ~15 тона годишно и ще подкрепи националните и европейските климатични цели.

Ползите са икономически (намалени разходи, по-голяма устойчивост), енергийни (сигурност и оптимизация на потреблението), екологични (намален въглероден отпечатък) и социални (по-добри условия за работа, засилен корпоративен имидж). Идентифицирани са рискове – пазарни, технически, регулаторни, финансови и експлоатационни, за които са предвидени мерки: гаранции, мониторинг, профилактика, гъвкаво адаптиране и използване на БФП.

Инвестицията е устойчива във финансов, технически, екологичен и социален аспект и напълно съответства на целите на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004
