Description

Brief description 
Проектът на „Захаро“ ООД е насочен към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и устойчивостта на производствената дейност чрез въвеждане на локални съоръжения за съхранение на електрическа енергия (батерии) в комбинация с инвертори към вече изградена фотоволтаична система за собствено потребление.

Предприятието развива дейност в сферата на преработващата промишленост и производството на пресни сладкарски изделия, като предлага широка гама от торти, тартове, сладкиши, пайове и дребни сладки. В дружеството работят над 140 служители, а производството е непрекъснато и силно енергоемко, поради постоянно действащи хладилни, охлаждащи, дозиращи и печащи съоръжения.

Въпреки че фирмата вече разполага с фотоволтаични панели, липсата на батерии за съхранение на произведената енергия ограничава ефективността на системата. Значителна част от слънчевата енергия, генерирана през деня, не може да се използва пълноценно.

С реализирането на проекта ще бъдат инсталирани батерии за съхранение на излишната електроенергия, произведена през деня, както и инверторни системи за оптимално управление на зареждането и разреждането. Така натрупаната през светлата част на деня енергия ще се използва нощем за захранване на хладилниците и фризерите, осигурявайки енергийна самостоятелност и стабилност на производствения процес.
Инвестицията ще позволи на „Захаро“ ООД да развива по-устойчив, нисковъглероден и енергийно ефективен модел на производство, в пълно съответствие с целите на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004.
