Description

Brief description 
"Вълеви 2010" ООД вече 15 години стопанисва кухня за приготвяне на ястия и закуски, с които зарежда множество заведения за хранене, магазини за хранителни стоки и училища на територията на област Шумен. За тези години се наложихме като партньор, на който може да се разчита. Поддържаме високо качество на предлаганите от нас храни, защото използваме подбрани продукти, разполагаме с квалифициран персонал и влагаме много любов в работата си. Естествено това не може да се случи без качествена професионална техника. С всяка изминала година увеличаваме обемите на продукцията, което поставя под изпитание наличната техника и персонал. Инвестираме в съвременно оборудване, защото техниката бързо се амортизира и технологиите в нашия бранш се развиват.
Използваното от нас професионално кухненско оборудване работи на ток.
Електрическата енергия е основен разход при формирането на себестойността на нашата продукция. В дейността си използваме разнообразна техника, като най-голям консуматор на електроенергия са скарите, фритюрниците, печките и конвектоматите. 
За да намалим производствените разходи и за да направим бизнеса си "по-зелен", ще положим стенна изолация на производствената база и ще инсталираме  батерии за съхранение на енергия към съществуваща ФЕЦ за собствени нужди.
Внедряването на това оборудване и намаляването на разходите за отопление и охлаждане ще доведе до повишаване на конкурентоспособността на фирмата, снижаване на производствените разходи и повишаване на нормата на печалба.
