Description

Brief description 
Проектът има за цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност в „Стам ЛТД“ ООД чрез подмяна на остарялата и неикономична климатична система с нова високоефективна инсталация, отговаряща на съвременните стандарти за енергийна ефективност и комфорт.
В рамките на инвестицията ще бъдат внедрени две термопомпи тип VRV/VRF с директно изпарение (всяка с мощност 56 kW) и два рекуперативни вентилационни блока с дебит 1 500 m³/h. Новото оборудване ще осигури равномерно разпределение на топлината и свежия въздух, както и значително намаляване на енергийните загуби при експлоатация.
Реализацията на проекта ще доведе до намаление на общото енергопотребление с около 20–25%, съществено редуциране на емисиите на въглероден диоксид (приблизително 3,3 тона годишно) и постигане на трайни финансови икономии от разходите за енергия. Допълнително, ще се подобри микроклиматът и качеството на работната среда, което ще допринесе за по-висока производителност и комфорт на нарастващия персонал.
