Description

Brief description 
„Декра Строй“ ЕООД, дружество с основна дейност по събиране и извозване на битови отпадъци (КИД 38.11), планира реализирането на проект за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на своя обект в град Русе, който се използва за ремонт и техническо обслужване на сметосъбиращата техника. В настоящия момент сградата се характеризира с ниска енергийна ефективност, което води до високи разходи за енергия, неефективно използване на ресурсите и повишени емисии на парникови газове.

С цел подобряване на ресурсната ефективност и екологичното представяне на предприятието, проектът предвижда подмяна на фасадните и покривните елементи с термопанели с висока степен на изолация, монтаж на енергийно ефективни врати и прозорци, както и подмяна на съществуващото осветление с LED осветителни тела с ниска консумация на електроенергия.

Реализирането на тези мерки ще доведе до значително намаляване на енергийните разходи, подобряване на топлоизолационните характеристики на сградата, оптимизиране на работната среда и намаляване на въглеродния отпечатък на предприятието. Очаква се проектът да допринесе за повишаване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на потреблението на енергия, за повишаване на комфорта и безопасността на трудовата среда, както и за подобряване на финансовата устойчивост на дружеството чрез намаляване на текущите експлоатационни разходи.
