The main goal for the strategic development of printing house "VICTORIA PRINT" Ltd. is sustainable growth, preservation and development of the level of competitiveness. With the realization of the investments made in the current project, the company will fulfill a large part of the goals and activities set in its strategic plan:
- Modernization of production processes by implementing technologies to improve the production process, achieve higher productivity meeting the needs of the market, reduce production costs and optimize production processes;
- Achieving higher efficiency by increasing added value and improving product quality
- Discovery of new jobs.
The activities of the project will lead to an increase in the production capacity of the enterprise and a subsequent increase in the export potential, through the purchase of modern machines, which will improve the quality of finished products, increase labor productivity, optimize production costs, increase resource efficiency of processes and reduction of the volume of manual operations and improvement of safe working conditions. During the implementation of the project, the following machines will be delivered and put into operation: - flat-cutting CNC plotter - 1 Bbr. Through the implementation of the equipment, part of the production processes will be optimized; improve the quality of production, at low levels of production costs; reduce production time; improve efficiency, productivity and added value, which are key factors in increasing competitiveness.
The main goal of the current project proposal is "Improving production capacity and optimizing business processes, achieving higher productivity, increasing competitiveness and strengthening the market presence of Victoria Print Ltd."

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на семейните предприятия и предприятията от творческите индустрии и занаятите : Като част от дейността ще бъдат закупени следните ДМА :
1. Плоскорежещ CNC плотер - 1 БР- С новото оборудване печатница "Виктория Принт" ООД ще разшири значително портфолиото и качеството на продуктите, които може да предложи на клиентите си. Плоскорежещите CNC плотери са цифрови устройства за довършителни операции с възможност за рязане, биговане, перфориране, V-канали и други операции върху велпапе, опаковъчен картон, пенокартон, магнитно фолио, PVC и др.
Производителността на фирмата ще се повиши, а новото оборудване позволява да се работи с по-голяма точност и намалява риска от човешки грешки на операторите. Така компанията ще продължи да поддържа високо ниво на качество и ще увеличи асортимента си от произвеждани продукти.
Увеличената производителност увеличава и капацитета на работа, което води до изпълнение на по-големи поръчки . Респективно ще се повиши пазарният дял и дружеството ще продължи да поддържа високото ниво на качество при предоставяне на услуги.
