Brief description 
Приоритет „Води“ предвижда инвестиции с фокус агломерации над 10 000 е.ж. за изпълнение на ангажиментите, произтичащи от Директива 91/271/ЕИО и Директива 98/83/ЕО [Директива (ЕС) 2020/2184] съгласно Националния инвестиционен план за ВиК (НИП) – отключващо условие за ВиК сектора, като в тази връзка програмата предвижда изпълнение на дейности, които ще се финансират основно посредством безвъзмездна финансова помощ по ПОС 2021 – 2027 г., като обаче се изисква ВиКО да осигурят необходимото съфинансиране за изпълнение на проектите, които ще бъдат одобрени за финансиране с БФП. Съфинансирането се планира да бъде покрито от ФИ (комбинация между БФП и ФИ в две отделни операции). ФИ може да подпомага крайните получатели при осигуряването на финансиране за разходи, допустими за подкрепа чрез финансови инструменти по ПОС 2021-2027 г., чрез заеми при условията на чл. 58, пар. 4 от Регламент 1060/2021 г. и в съответствие с правилата за държавни помощи.
