Description

Brief description 
Проектът има за цел да повиши квалификацията на ръководителите на образователните институции в системата на предучилищното и училищното образование, по отношение на подготовката и ефективното управление на европейски проекти. Чрез обучения участниците ще развият основни умения в планирането, изпълнението, мониторинга и отчитането на проекти, финансирани със средства от ЕФСУ/ЕСФ+. Проектът се фокусира върху справянето с ключовите предизвикателства, срещнати по време на предишните програмни периоди и обучението на ръководния персонал в детските градини и училища с необходимите умения за ефективно управление на стратегическите операции в техните институции. Чрез насърчаване на подобрена административна способност за управление на проекти, този проект цели да осигури ефективно и успешно изпълнение на операциите от стратегическо значение по Програма “Образование” 2021 – 2027 г. (ПО) и постигане на целите на политиките на ЕС.
