Brief description 
С настоящото проектно предложение НЧ село Костелево,ще осигурим изграждането на дигитален клуб на територията нашето село. Същият ще бъде част от дигитални клубове в цялата страна.Оборудването му по подходящ начин с техника и интернет достъп ще осигури за безплатено интернет свързване на жителите на селото.

  • Activity: Създаване на дигитален клуб в Народно Читалище ''Отец Паисий-1926''Костелево: В рамките на настоящата дейност ще реализираме следните под дейности: 1.1 Доставка и инсталация на оборудване на 3 броя работни станции; 1.2 Осигуряване на интернет свързаност минимум 100Mbs; - 1.3 Назначаване на наставник По настоящата процедура се открива възможност за разкриване на дигитален клуб, с които ще осигурим възможност за личностно и професионално развитие на всеки желаещ от селото. Ще се повиши компютърната грамотност на населенито, социална интеграция и преборване на дигиталното неравенство, особено при по възрастните хора, които неразполагат с компютър или телефон с интернет достъп. Настоящият дигитален клуб ще бъде мост между поколенията. Ще подпомогнем уязвими групи да имат достъп до безплатен интернет. Чрез него читалището ще се превърне в още по актуално място за срещи, организиране на събития, онлайн комуникация чрез използване на различни платформи.
