Procedure 2 Subject to due process: Предвидените за извършване СМР са свързани с преустройството на съществуващи учебни помещения и коридори находящи се на четвърти етаж на сградата на СУ „Георги Стойков Раковски“ гр. Котел, обособени в самостоятелен корпус на училищната сграда и преобразуването им в СТЕМ център за развитие въображението на учениците. Сградата на училището е изградена тип „монолитно строителство“. Преустройството на помещенията в нови такива предвижда ремонт на съществуващите помещения, без засягане конструкцията на сградата, поради което не се изисква издаване на разрешение за строеж. Предвижда се най – общо казано, да се преустроят съществуващите учебни стаи в нови такива обособяващи , Estimated Amount: 20 954.07
