Description

Brief description 
Кандидат с това ПИИ е пчелар, който отглежда пчелите по методите на биологично производство. Има подписан договор с контролиращо лице и сертификат за биологичен производител. Пчелните семейства се отглеждат в горския фонд, който принадлежи към зони по Натура 2000, но добивът на пчелния мед става в помещение, което се намира в регулацията на с. сребърна, където кандидатът има собствена къща. Предвид на многото ръчни операции при отглеждане на пчелните семейства и добива на пчелен мед и липсата на квалифицирана работна ръка, кандидатът планира да закупи автоматична линия за добив на пчелен мед и софтуер, с който да проследява работата на линията и оператора.
