Brief description 
Целта на реформата е да се преодолеят предизвикателствата, свързани с готовността за навлизане на 5G, и да се насърчи ускореното разгръщане на 5G мрежите. 
Реформата се състои от намаляване на таксите за радиочестотен спектър и разпределяне на права за радиочестотен спектър в няколко честотни ленти.
