Description

Brief description 
Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към закупуване на високотехнологична и автоматизирана линия за сортиране на ябълки, праскови и нектарини. В линията ще ползват различни сензори, камери с висока резолюция, датчици, чрез които ще може да се разпознава характеристиката на съответния плод, както външно така и вътрешно. Ще се разпознава качеството, дали има дефект даден плод, ще има възможност за соритране по тегло, по цвят.   Въведената линия ще доведе до бързо и навременно подготовката на плодовете за съхранение или подготвени при заявка от потребител. След въвеждането на автоматизираната линия, ще се намали брака на плодовете. Защото когато на време се отделят некачествените плодове, няма да имат възможност да се заразят другите качествени плодове. Изпълнението на инвестицията ще даде възможност за функциониране на къса веригата на предлагане на плодове и ще има гарантиране на продоволствената сигурност.
