Изграждане на фотоволтаична централа 10kW за собствени нужди на покрива на еднофамилна къща в гр. Варна, кв. Изгрев по Компонент 2, Вариант 2 на настоящата процедура. Предвижда се и система за съхранение на електрическа енергия.
