Проектното предложение включва дейности по основен ремонт на сградата-комплекс от мерки за енергийна ефективност, саниране, ремонт на покрив, подмяна на дограма, подмяна на ВиК инсталации, инсталации за енергия, отопление, ремонт на санитарни възли,изграждане на пожароизвестяване и други строително-монтажни работи, които да осигурят цялостен обновен облик на сградата на общежитието както отвън, така и отвътре.Всички планувани дейности ще повишат енергийната ефективност на сградата, ще подобрят микроклимата, архитектурният изглед на сградата и ще повишат комфорта на обитателите. |
