Проекта предвижда доставка, монтаж и пускане в експлоатация на Локално съоръжение за съхранение на електроенергия (ЛСС) с инсталирана мощност 500 kW и батерийно стопанство с с общ капацитет 1075 kWh, в комбинация с фотоволтаична електроцентрала за  производство на електроенергия от възобновяеми източници  с обща изходяща активна променливотокова мощност на производствения компонент от възобновяеми източници – 1000 kW в Поземлен имот с идентификатор 22006.87.35, находящ се в землището на гр. Долна баня, м. Герена, общ. Долна баня. обл. София
