Brief description 
Подкрепата е насочена към повишаване на капацитета на БАН, определена за Структура за наблюдение и докладване за ефективно управление на инвестиция C2.I2.   Управлението включва дейности за осигуряване на: (i) цялостна координация на изпълнението на инвестицията; (ii) спазване на сроковете и изпълнение на етапи и цели; (iii) контрол върху изразходването на средства и възлагането на обществени поръчки; (vi) контрол за спазване и прилагане на Рамката за държавна помощ за научни изследвания, развитие и иновации;  (iv) спазване на политиката за равенство на половете; (v) информация и комуникация.
