The project provides:
I. Construction of a multifunctional building for a car center, equipped with holl for car repairs, for change of windows and oils change, reception for clients and second floor, which consists of a storage room, an office and a room for the staff with sanitary units. The car center will be build in a land plot with identifier 65231.901.259, UPI IV, district 236, town of Samokov, Samokov municipality, Sofia, owned by the candidate "SLAVA - 93" Ltd. according to the Notarial deed for the ownership of property № 190 of 30.12.2016
II. Purchase of modern equipment and tools for repairing vihecles, namely:
- Hydraulic press - 1pcs.
- Four-wheel lift-1 pcs.
- Geometry bench for front and rear axle - 1 pc.
- Oil change lifts - 1pc.
- Rubber mountaineering machine for light and light truck tires - 1 pc.
- Balancing machine for light and light truck tires - 1 pc.

Строителство на автоцентър.: Дейността по строителството на автоцентъра е възложена на "Хидростроител ПА” ЕООД, с договор за СМР. Дейността включва изграждане на многофункционална сграда за автоцентър, разполагащ с халета за ремонт на автомобили, реглаж, смяна на стъкла и масла, приемна за клиенти и втори етаж, който се състои от складово помещение, офис и помещение за персонала със санитарни възли. Местонахождението на автоцентъра ще бъде в ПИ 65231.901.259, УПИ IV, квартал 236, гр. Самоков, община Самоков, обл. Софийска, собственост на възложителя „СЛАВА – 93“ ЕООД съгласно Нотариален акт за собственост на недвижим имот №190 от 30.12.2016 г. Сградата ще бъде със застроена площ 242,15 м2 и Разгърната застроена площ – 736,24 м2.
