Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение цели осигуряване на съвременна материална база, която гарантира здравословни и качествени условия за обучение в ДГ „Асенова крепост“ чрез създаване на благоприятна, привлекателна, здравословна и безопасна среда за обучение, възпитание и социализация на децата за развитието на техния потенциал и повишаване на мотивацията им за учене.
Проектът включва реконструкция и ремонт на детската градина, за да се преодолее недостига на места в нея. Предвижда се изпълнението на енергоспестяващи мерки, които да повишат енергийния клас на сградата от „Е“ на „A“.
Основните целеви групи са децата и техните преподаватели, както и служителите в образователната институция.
Изпълнението на проекта ще се осъществи чрез инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор) като в проекта се заложи изпълнението на всички енергоспестяващи мерки, предписани в енергийно обследване, съгласно изготвения сертификат за енергийни характеристики на сградата.
Activities
  • Activity: Основен ремонт, реконструкция, основно обновяване и пристрояване на сградата: По дейността ще се възложи инженеринг за изпълнение на проектното предложение. В инженеринга ще бъдат включени: проектиране, извършване на строително-монтажни работи и осъществяване на авторски надзор. Част от тази дейност ще бъде осъществяването на независим строителен надзор. Чрез провеждане на процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка по реда на ЗОП, ще бъде избран лицензиран консултант по строителен надзор., Contracted Amount: 1 978 512.40 , Reported Amount: 0.00
